How to Apply

Complete the online form through the LTRC Registration Management System. Please use one online form per person seeking certification(s)/authorization(s). 

If you are applying for multiple people and prefer to pay for all applications in a single transaction, please contact Emily Wolfe (emily.wolfe@la.gov) and Patrick Frazier (patrick.frazier@la.gov) for assistance.

Fees

Check/money order made out to DOTD Transportation Training and Education Fund or credit card.

$400 for all recertifications

*Note: all credit card transactions will be charged a $15 convenience fee.
