SUMMIT DAYS, DATES AND TIMES:

Registration begins at 7:00 am on Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Summit times are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 and 8:00 am until 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

You will receive an email confirmation after completing your on-line registration to the 2024 Louisiana Safety Summit. Please retain that email for your records. Make sure your email address is correct in your profile before submitting the registration. If the email address is not correct, you will not receive an email confirmation.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS:
SPACE IS LIMITED. The summit will accept the first 350 registrations.
Once the maximum number of registrations have been received, a waiting list will be created. Please contact Autumn Goodfellow-Thompson at (225) 379-1838 or autumn.goodfellow-thompson@la.gov to be added to the waitlist.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge. The overnight room rate is $107.00 per night (plus taxes and fees.) Reservations can be made through the online reservation link Highway Safety Summit or by calling the hotel directly at (225) 925-2244 and using group code HWT.
The hotel reservation deadline is Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Reservations requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis at the discretion of the hotel.
SUMMIT FEE:
There is no registration fee to attend the summit.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Although there is no registration fee to attend the summit, we ask that you assist us with controlling our costs and managing any waiting list individuals we may have. If you register for the 2024 Louisiana Safety Summit and later find that you cannot attend, please inform the summit by Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
