The LTC is held biennially to promote technology transfer and interchange of ideas among the transportation community’s public and private sectors relative to policy, practice, and problems. The conference provides for technology transfer and interchange of ideas between the public and private sectors relative to transportation policy, practice, and problems.

Government/University Employees: $250
Private Industry: $475
Speakers: No Charge
Students: Participation in this year's LTC will be by invitation only.

*Registration fees are valid until January 31, 2025. After January 31, 2025, these registration fees are as follows:

DOTD Retirees: $300
Government/University Employees: $300
Private Industry: $550

Online pre-registration will end on February 28, 2025. All DOTD employees must register by this date.

SPECIAL NOTE: The DOTD Business Conference will not be held in conjunction with the 2025 LTC.
