If we do not have 72 hours advance notice of registration cancellation, your registration fee will be forfeited. Participant substitution is welcome.

***Reservations must be made on or before Sunday, March 18, 2024 in order to receive the block rates.

RV Parking @ Bonvillain Civic Center only $30/night

The Barry P. Bonvillain Civic Center in Houma allows any conference attendees who are interested to park their Recreation Vehicles (RV) at Parking Lot C.

The lot is equipped with pedestals for only $30 per night. Each pedestal has water connection and 30/50 amp electricity outlets. There are no “dump” areas at the pedestals; there are only “dump” sites in certain spots around the Parking Lot to use when needed.
