Requirements

1. 6 months experience (or approved equivalent) on DOTD certifications
2. Prerequisite Courses
3. Written Exam and Performance Evaluation
4. Recommendation of Supervisor
5. There are no experience requirements for PCC Field Tester and Aggregate Tester Authorizations.

Certification Committee

1. Chairman, Materials Engineer Administrator
2. Representatives from Construction, Materials, Training & Districts
3. Sets Policies and Procedures
4. Resolves Non-routine Issues
5. Sets Qualifications and Approves District Training Personnel for Program Administration

How to Apply

Complete the online form through the LTRC Registration Management System. Please use one online form per person seeking certification(s)/authorization(s).

Check/money order made out to DOTD Transportation Training and Education Fund or credit card.

*Note: all credit card transactions will be charged a $25 convenience fee.

3. Nuclear Device Operator: $200
