Requirements
- 6 months experience (or approved equivalent) on DOTD certifications
- Prerequisite Courses
- Written Exam and Performance Evaluation
- Recommendation of Supervisor
- There are no experience requirements for PCC Field Tester and Aggregate Tester Authorizations.
Certification Committee
- Chairman, Materials Engineer Administrator
- Representatives from Construction, Materials, Training & Districts
- Sets Policies and Procedures
- Resolves Non-routine Issues
- Sets Qualifications and Approves District Training Personnel for Program Administration

Complete the online form through the LTRC Registration Management System. Please use one online form per person seeking certification(s)/authorization(s).

Check/money order made out to DOTD Transportation Training and Education Fund or credit card.
